Puerto Vallarta has a wonderful tropical
climate, with the Pacific Ocean on our western side and the Sierra Madre
Mountains to the east. Because of this varied terrain of Ocean and Mountainous
Jungles we there are activities for all to enjoy.
For the younger family members there is
the Zoo, zip line adventures, water parks, and of course the beaches. For the
adults there are countless numbers of restaurants, bars, nightclubs, discos,
and dance clubs to relax in and watch the sunset.
The world famous Malecón in Puerto
Vallarta is the nightlife mecca for all ages. You won’t soon forget a
visit to Puerto Vallarta. The city boasts a full-time population of over 30,000
non-Mexican inhabitants. There are many international clubs that serve the
community with charitable functions. One of my favorite activities is the
annual humpback whale migration to the Puerto Vallarta bay.
If you are a real estate investor, Puerto Vallarta
is an excellent choice. The real estate market has been depressed for
several years and the prices have gone down, as they have in the United States
and elsewhere in the world. Therefore this is an excellent time to buy
real estate in Mexico. We have beautiful condos, villas and single-family homes
with views of the bay. And, if you choose to use the property as a rental, you
will find the rental market very active.

ofrecen funciones de caridad para la comunidad. Una de mis actividades
favoritas es la migración anual de las ballenas jorobadas a la Bahía de Puerto
Vallarta.

Vallarta es una excelente opción. El mercado de bienes raíces ha estado
deprimido por varios años y los precios han bajado, como ha ocurrido en Estados
